Using our content

Go ahead

• Everyone: read, learn, share links, quote short definitions with credit to Definzo and a link back.
• Creators: using a definition in a video or post? A shoutout + link is all we ask.

Don’t

• Copy whole entries (or the site’s word database) and republish them elsewhere.
• Scrape our content in bulk for apps, datasets, or AI training without written permission.
• Present our work as your own.

Words belong to everyone

Slang itself belongs to the culture that created it. What’s ours is the specific wording, examples, quizzes, and presentation — that’s protected by copyright.

Be cool

No hacking, no spamming the contact form, no disrupting the service. We may block abusive access.

Tools

The translator, quizzes, and voting tools are provided for fun and education, “as is”. Vote data lives in your browser; we don’t store it server-side.
